COVID-19 Update

Operations Temporarily Suspended


Dear Sahara Sam’s Water Park Guest:

Our guests and team members are part of our family; your health and safety are what matter most to us. Out of an abundance of caution, and in cooperation with New Jersey state guidelines, Sahara Sam’s temporarily suspended operations March 16 with plans to resume operations as soon as possible.

All daily tickets purchased for the 2020 season will be valid through the end of the year.

All 2020 Season Passes purchased prior to our post COVID-19 re-opening will be extended for the number of days we have been closed due to the pandemic.

If you have a group event or birthday party booked, we will contact you to re-schedule.

During this time, our company is also pursuing a comprehensive financial restructuring and sale of the company. This step, which falls under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code, provides significant benefits for our team members and guests, allowing the resumption of normal operations once operating restrictions are lifted by local government and health officials.

In the meantime, we will continue our rigorous sanitation protocol in preparation for once again welcoming guests.

Our thoughts are with the families who have been affected during this time and we appreciate the work being done by our health care workers, emergency responders and all those lending their neighbors a hand.
