What are the options for admission?
You may purchase a full-day admission pass. Sahara Sam’s has specials listed from the home page when available. Click here for details.
Do I need to pay if I am not swimming or just spectating?
Yes, Sahara Sam’s is a participatory park and you will need a ticket for admission.
How long are the wristbands valid?
The wristband is valid for the entire day.
What age is considered an adult?
Any individual over 18 years of age is considered an adult.
Are children under a certain age free?
Children (2) and under FREE however Sahara Sam’s reserves the right to ask for proof in the event there is a clear discrepancy and reserves the right to change policy.
Are adults/seniors over a certain age free?
Guests 65 years of age or older are eligible for free general admission. Identification (license, passport, state issued I.D.) must be presented prior to admission. This discount is not available for special events.
Is Sahara Sam’s Oasis Indoor Water Park open to the public?
Yes, we are not a private facility. Any person can enjoy our park.
What happens if a wristband needs adjustment or is lost?
Guests with a wristband in need of an adjustment must have the Guest Services desk remove and replace the wristband. Lost wristbands will be replaced at a $2 charge.
FACILITIES / AMENITIES
Do you have a lost & found?
Yes we do. Our lost and found is available during our hours of operation. For sanitary reasons, we cannot store wet clothing, towels, or any other fabric items left at the water park overnight. If cloth items are not claimed by close-of-business on the day of your visit, they will be thrown away.
Are Showers available in the Facility?
Yes, in the men’s and women’s locker rooms. There is also a family restroom equipped with a shower. We do not provide toiletries.
Are water shoes required?
No. However, for the safety and health of guests we certainly recommend them.
Are towels provided ?
No, you can bring your own towel or purchase one from our merchandise counter, if in-stock.
Is there seating available in the water park?
Yes, there are tables and chairs available on a first come first serve basis. Tables are to be used exclusively for eating and you are not permitted to occupy a table for your entire stay.
Do you sell food?
Sahara Sam’s Oasis Indoor Water Park has a full service cafe and lounge area. Outside Food and Beverage is prohibited in the building.
Is there an arcade or game room in the water park?
We have a 3,000 square foot, modern arcade. It is well-maintained with the newest and most-exciting games. We also have a fantastic redemption counter stocked with goodies you and your family will love.
Do you have Wi Fi service at the park? Yes we offer FREE Wi Fi in the water park and in the arcade.

What about water safety? Are there lifeguards?
We are concerned about the safety and security of all guests. Sahara Sam’s maintains certified lifeguards within the park during all operating hours. Safety rules are posted at each pool and attraction. Nevertheless, we urge parents to teach their children about water safety prior to visiting the water park. Please be sure non swimmers or weak swimmers wear life vests. Complimentary life vests are issued at the First Aid Office.
Sahara Sam’s lockers policy
Small and Large lockers are available for daily rental on a first come, first served basis. Guests must either stow their belongings and personal effects in a locker or in their cars. Only towels are permitted in the water park. Because our guests eat at the tables throughout the water park, we do not allow bags and personal effects to be stored there. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles that are not stored in a locker. Locker rental is on a first come first serve basis, a deposit will be held until your locker key is returned.
Can guests bring their own food and drinks into Sahara Sam’s Oasis Indoor Water Park?
No, NJ state law prohibits outside food to be brought into the water park.
What is the policy for bringing in food if you have a special dietary/medical need?
No outside food or beverages are allowed into the water park or arcade with the following exceptions:
• Any food required for medical purposes or medically indicated nutritional supplements. Examples: small juice boxes for diabetics
• Special food products for those with food allergies, if we do not supply them.
• A doctor’s note will be required for medical issues and food allergies.
• Baby food/baby formula.
• All outside food must be in plastic containers.
Exceptions will not be made for food requirements based on ethnic or religious beliefs.
Are swimming goggles permitted?
Swimming goggles are permitted with the exception of on the slides and at the discretion of the lifeguards. Flotation devices of any kind are not permitted inside the water park.
Are there any health restrictions relative to the water park attractions?
It is recommended that persons with pre-existing medical conditions and women who are pregnant not participate. Each individual is encouraged to evaluate his or her own ability to participate.
Are children who wear regular diapers permitted in the water park?
Children who wear diapers are required to wear a swim diaper for health and safety reasons. Please be sure to pack a swim diaper.
Can children be left unattended in the facility?
Children under 13 years of age are required to be accompanied by an adult for safety and supervision. Sahara Sam’s Oasis is concerned for the welfare of all younger children.
Can you smoke at the park?
Sahara Sam’s is a smoke-free facility. You may not smoke in or around the facility. If you feel the need to smoke, you may do so in your personal vehicle.
Does my online ticket expire?
Day tickets purchased online require an attendance date to be chosen at the time of purchase.
Are my online tickets refundable?
Sorry, all online purchases are final.
Why do I need to choose my attendance date when I purchase online?
For the best experience, Sahara Sam’s limits the capacity of our park. We encourage guests to buy online to guarantee their admission on a specific date. We do not guarantee tables and chairs, these are available on a first come first serve basis.
How do I redeem my online ticket?
Tickets, vouchers, and passes purchased online are delivered to your email address after purchase. You will need to print this ticket and bring it with you the day of your visit. Sorry, Sahara Sam’s cannot print tickets for you. A photo ID is required for the redemption of each online ticket.
